I started Sailing when my Dad bought 2 Sailing Rigs for our canoes.  Later, he bought a Catalina 22, which was a 22' Sail Boat.  We went to the ocean a few times and rented large sail boats, before my Dad bought the Landers.  It was a Islander Freeport 36 footer.  It was an amazing sailboat that had traveled all over the world.
